Investment

I would very strongly suggest that good photography is an investment. Running a photography business, or any other small business, involves a lot more than you think. When it comes down to it, I’m not just charging you for the actual photographs you'll receive at the end of our time together. You’re also paying for my time and expertise, the education I’ve spent time acquiring, the very expensive professional equipment it takes to capture the image in the first place, the professional editing equipment to ensure it is the best final product I can deliver to you, and the professional lab pricing that a professional uses to print if you should choose to get professional physical images. On top of all of this, I need to make a profit.

I understand not everyone will be able to afford what I'm charging, and that's okay. But if you like the work that I put out and think that my style goes with what you're looking for, I encourage you to invest in me. I promise I'll make it worth it for you because I am working for you.
